Σε γιορτινή ατμόσφαιρα και με πέρα των 9000 φίλων στις εξέδρες του «Στέλιος Κυριακίδης» να δημιουργεί καυτή ατμόσφαιρα, η ομάδα μας ολοκλήρωσε με ιδανικό τρόπο μια ονειρική σεζόν. Στην τελευταία αγωνιστική της δεύτερης φάσης του πρωταθλήματος οι πρωταθλητές επικράτησαν της ΑΕΚ με 2-0 και πανηγύρισαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο την κατάκτηση του πρώτου τίτλου στην ιστορία τους.
Το σκορ άνοιξε νωρίς στο 10’ ο Ivan Šunjić με ένα εκπληκτικό σουτ εκτός περιοχής που κατέληξε στο παραθυράκι της εστίας του Alomerovic, ενώ στο 58’ ο Domingos Quina «σφράγισε» τη νίκη της ομάδας μας με κεραυνό σουτ, δίνοντας διαστάσεις θριάμβου στην αναμέτρηση.

In a festive atmosphere and with over 9000 fans in the stands of “Stelios Kyriakidis” creating a wonderful atmosphere, our team completed a dream season in an ideal way. In the last matchday of the second phase of the championship, the champions defeated AEK Larnaca 2-0 and celebrated in the best possible way to win the first title in their history.
Ivan Šunjić opened the scoring early in the 10th minute with a stunning shot from outside the area that ended up in the Alomerovic’s loophole, while in the 58th minute Domingos Quina sealed the victory with a thunderous shot, giving the match triumphant proportions.
